Plots and projects:
Berwien Immobilien GmbH is interested in plots and/or projects for new development and subsequent condominium sale. But we are also searching for plots and/or projects for new development for tenancy and respectively sale as yield producer. The purchase volume for plots/or projects is EUR 3,000,000 to EUR 50,000,000.
Package purchases and portfolios:
In good locations we also buy real estate packages and residential portfolios up to a purchase volume of EUR 80,000,000.
